Project: Landing page
The Client
Astro Projection LLC wants us to create an in-depth library of space photos compiled from the space agency databases. The name of this database is going to Lift Off.
The Audience
According to the research provided by the client, we see that our audiences fall between 25- 35 years of age, spending a wide variety of employment.
Understanding The Needs Of The Client
Lift Off is an extensive database of high def and high-resolution photography of planetary bodies. My responsibility was to focus on the landing page layout and design. I began with sketches to see where we could take this idea.
Iterations of the Landing
During the discovery phase, I came to a couple of challenging moments where we had to change the page's appearance. To ensure that the client received what they wanted while still providing educated insight, I ran through a few more iterations for the page. In the end, we came to a victory.
Conclusion
The final product. We decided on using planet earth as the primary starting point for several reasons, mainly to emphasize the beauty of our planet and show how small we are relative to some of the things in the universe that have been captured in photographs.
